Re: Alpari UK en bancarrotaHola, información publicada con fecha de 24-jun-2015 en la pagina de KPMG:
Alpari (UK) Limited (in special administration) (“the Company”) Update on Client Money Pool (“CMP”) distributions – 24 June 2015 This update is in addition to previous information. First Interim Client Money Distribution On 30 April 2015 the Joint Special Administrators announced their intention to make a first interim client money distribution (“First Client Money Distribution”) to clients with agreed client money claims. The Joint Special Administrators will shortly be making a payment of the First Client Money Distribution of 55 cents in the $ (USD) to clients who have agreed their client money entitlement and contractual claim on the Claims Portal prior to the last date for proving of 31 May 2015 (“Clients”). Clients will be notified via email by 25 June 2015 confirming that the First Client Money Distribution payment has been made to them. For the avoidance of doubt, a Client does not include those who have formally assigned their claim to FSCS. Please see below for further information regarding this. Distributable Amounts The Joint Special Administrators will not be paying the First Client Money Distribution to Clients with a distributable amount of USD 200 or less. This is because it is not economical for the Client Money Pool (“CMP”) to bear the administrative costs of making payments below this level. Clients with a distributable amount of less than USD 200 will continue to have a claim into the CMP and will receive their distribution when further distributions have been declared and it is more economical to do so. Bank Details The Joint Special Administrators are currently verifying the bank details for some Clients; those whose details cannot be confirmed prior to payment will not be paid the First Client Money Distribution at this time. The Joint Special Administrators have, and will continue to, contact Clients directly regarding bank detail queries. For Clients who are not paid on the first interim distribution date, regular payment runs will be performed after the first interim distribution date to make ‘catch up’ payments to Clients. Claims agreed after last date for proving Those with a claim in the CMP who have agreed claims after the last date for proving (31 May 2015) may not receive payment on the first interim distribution date, but they will not be prejudiced by the earlier payment of interim distributions to clients who had already agreed their claims. For those who are not paid on the first interim distribution date, regular payment runs will be performed after the first interim distribution date to bring those clients who subsequently agree claims to the same cumulative distribution level as other Clients with agreed client money claims. FSCS Clients who have formally assigned their claim to FSCS, and who have been accepted by FSCS for compensation payments, will not receive the First Client Money Distribution. For those that have already received a compensation payment from FSCS, distributions paid out on these claims will be paid directly to FSCS. FSCS will then pass on distributions to Clients with a balance over £50,000 until those Clients are paid in full or until those Clients have received the full distribution amount, whichever occurs first. Please note that a number of Clients who have successfully agreed their claims with the Joint Special Administrators prior to the last date for proving may not yet have formally assigned their claim to FSCS. This is due to FSCS requiring further information from those clients. These clients were notified in the Claims Portal and FSCS have sent/will be sending an application form to be completed. As these clients have not formally assigned their claims to FSCS these Clients will also be eligible to receive the First Client Money Distribution. Clients may assign their claim to FSCS at any time; which includes after receiving the First Client Money Distribution. FSCS will provide compensation to eligible clients up to a value of £50,000. ETX Capital (“ETX”) Clients who have requested to have distribution payments made to their account at ETX will have the first interim distribution payment made as requested. Clients will be contacted by ETX once the funds have been received. Salu2!!!! Reorganizando !!!!

Alpari (UK) Limited (in special administration) (“the Company”) Update on FSCS compensation payments – 7 July 2015 This update is in addition to previous information. FSCS compensation payments Please note that FSCS is not yet in a position to proceed with the next batch of compensation payments that are intended to be paid out to clients who have agreed their client money entitlement and contractual claim on the Claims Portal (“Clients”). FSCS expects to make the payments later in July. Once compensation payments are made, the Joint Special Administrators (“JSAs”) will contact each client confirming payment. If you have not received payment within ten working days of receiving confirmation that payment has been made, please contact alpariukclaims@kpmg.co.uk and a member of the JSAs’ team will be able to assist you. FSCS Pending accounts Please note that a number of Clients who have successfully agreed their claims with the Joint Special Administrators may not yet have formally assigned their claim to FSCS. This is due to FSCS requiring further information from those Clients, and as a result these Clients have been given a ‘Pending’ status by FSCS. Clients likely to be affected are those that are holding joint accounts, those that are holding accounts in the name of a company, or those accounts with a non-residential address. This is not exhaustive however, and all Clients with a ‘Pending’ status will have been notified of this upon agreeing the balance of their claim on the Claims Portal. Many of the Clients affected by this also received a distribution from the JSAs of 55 cents in the dollar on 24 June 2015; please see previous updates on the JSAs’ website regarding this – www.kpmg.com/uk/alpari. In order to confirm further information, FSCS are in the process of sending out application forms to clients. However, the JSAs have been notified by FSCS that this process may take some time. The JSAs are working with FSCS to ensure that as many application forms are sent out as soon as possible to allow Clients to progress their claims. If you have any questions related to your ‘Pending’ status, please contact enquiries@fscs.org.uk, quoting ‘Alpari’ in the subject line. Reorganizando !!!!
Re: Alpari UK en bancarrotaNota en finance magnates:
The special administrators of bankrupt brokerage firm, Alpari (UK) Limited (Alpari), today announced that claimants awaiting payment under the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) will have to wait until later in the month to receive payments. KPMG, who were appointed receivers in January 2015, note that they are “not yet in a position to proceed with the next batch of compensation payments.” However, those claimants that have already agreed to their client money entitlement and contractual claim can expect notification from KPMG confirming payment in late July, and payment should be received within 10 working days from the notification. There are also a number of accounts with a status of ‘pending’; specifically, those claimant accounts with information still outstanding. According to the update, “clients likely to be affected are those that are holding joint accounts, those that are holding accounts in the name of a company, or those accounts with a non-residential address.” Nonetheless, many of those affected by a ‘pending’ status should have received a distribution from the administrators of 55 cents in the dollar on June 24. Back in March, the FSCS reassured Alpari clients that they would be fully compensated for up to £50,000 of deposits at the brokerage. Since then, delays have frustrated claimants, with FSCS even issuing an apology in April. Consequently, the administrators have been rushing to ensure that claims are being managed efficiently. KPMG have set up a Claims Portal, through which claims are managed. Claimants who are covered by FSCS have therefore been required to submit their information via this portal, except those accounts held in joint names or in a trust or corporate entity, who were required to complete a FSCS claims form. Alpari was placed under special administration in January following the Swiss National Bank’s decision that resulted in deep losses for the broker. Enquiries regarding a ‘pending’ status can be sent to enquiries@fscs.org.uk, while those who may not receive payment within 10 days of notification can email alpariukclaims@kpmg.co.uk.
